O verbo to have (ter, possuir) jamais significa haver, existir. Assim, frases do tipo Have many people in São Paulo estão ERRADAS. Para dizer que há muitos teatros em São Paulo, diga There are a lot of theaters in São Paulo ou São Paulo has a lot of theaters - orações em que there are significa existem, há, e has significa tem, possui.
