Olhos de Buda  -   Eyes of Buddha

Mosaico inspirado nas pinturas dos Olhos de Buda, na Stupa Swayambhunath, em Katmandú no Nepal. Inspired mosaic in the paintings of the Eyes oF Buddha, in Stupa Swayambhunath, in Katmandú in Nepal.

As Stupas são templos budistas. Consistem em uma semi-esfera e em cima desta um cubo com as faces voltadas para os pontos cardeais. Nelas estão pintados os Olhos de Buda, que tudo vêem, mantendo sua atenção ativa sobre os acontecimentos do mundo. Stupas are Buddhist temples. They consist of a semi-sphere and on top of this a cube with the faces gone back to the cardinal point. In them they are painted the Eyes of Buddha, that everythings sees, maintaining her active attention on the events of the world.
